ENFIN — sculptural objects for a 1* restaurant
For each of the four seasons, I created a series of sculptural objects to infuse poetry into the opening chapter of the menu: the appetizers. Drawing inspiration primarily from the natural cycles, my aim was to challenge traditional norms and create space for emotions and wonder. The organic forms of my pieces invite chefs to adapt, respond, and contribute to the unfolding narrative. Together, we offer a tactile experience on the table, to connect through the senses before reason intervenes. This collaboration holds a special place for me as it encapsulates what I aspire to in my practice. A space Wwere what is created holds as much significance as the surrounding process, where intentions align, offering ample creative freedom.
Alia Païenda x Léa Munsch — visual journey
A ritual-like collaboration with photographer Alia Païenda, to festively embody the multiple facets that shape us. Surrounded by flames, women, mist and forest, Léa takes us into her sculptural universe. She sculpts clay as well as her bond to nature, time and her intuition. Alia catches and enhances this frequency, capturing images from which emanates the power to listen and to bring one's vision into reality. We illustrate through images that the only validation of our vision that we need is that of our intuition.
“Les formes du temps” — A visual journey
We intertwined our influences with photographer Mélanie Rey and stylist/visual storyteller Julie Nivert to imagine a series of images. “Les Formes du Temps” is an exploration of the multiple layers of a journey. The journey of a human being in progress, a sculptor in a landscape shaped by time. Here is a selection of photos from the series. Art prints are available here.
AB/CB x léa munsch — visual Journey
Côme De Bouchony who is part of the image making duo AB/CB with the photographer Anaïs Barrelli, suggested to meet and experiment freely with photography, art direction, set design and sculpture. The energy of the natural environment surrounding the industrial building where the studio is located inspired us to work with what was already there. The sculptures evolve in surroundings that seem familiar even natural for them. There is a dialogue between clay and the sun-bathed stone, abstract shapes appear on a smooth pleated backdrop in a minimalist industrial setting. They just belong.
